5 years ago we had a tree come down on the garage, that split one of the boards at the gable end. We tried but never found anyone who was able to come around to fix it. In the meantime another tree died and more recently we developed a leak in some plumbing above the kitchen. Sounds like a nightmare and it could have been if we hadn’t found Patriot Contracting. I can’t praise them enough. Dave contacted them and came by right away to appraise the jobs. If it hadn’t been for the humidity they would have gotten all three jobs done in one day. The only one that took a little longer was the drywall on the ceiling (it took a while to dry). Ridge and Blake responded quickly, listened to our concerns and quoted a fair price. They and the guys they hire do really good work. I can’t tell where the patch in the ceiling  is, there is no more leak, the gable is fixed and the only reason the wood is still in the yard is because we wanted it for our fire pit. But they cut it into chunks to make it easier to split and offered to hall it off at any point if we change our minds. Thank you Patriot Contracting.

Our house was built in 1890 and never had any improvements done to it. We decided to have our main bathroom remodeled while having our laundry room remodeled into a Master Bathroom / closet /laundry room. We could not be happier with the turn out! Our main bathroom looks fantastic and the remodel makes so much more sense. The master bathroom is incredible! We love having another bathroom that is up to date! While doing the remodel Patriot contracting had to redo wiring and insulation as well as other unforeseen additions. Not once did they overprice any of the work they did. In fact the final cost came out to what was planned even though we had extra tasks that needed to be completed before they could have proceeded. We cannot thank them enough for their incredible hard work that Ridge, Blake and Bill did! It was like having them as part of our family while they were at our house working! They now are part of our family! I would recommend them for any project big or small! They will do a fantastic job! Thank you Patriot Contracting!
